Responsibilities

• Leading a team of quality technician and ensure the products are meet customer requirement
• Understanding and meeting customer specifications and quality requirement.
• Work with Various department to achieve zero defect products
• Handle quality complaint from customers and improve quality standards
• Lead and support customer audit, company ISO implementation
• Participate in Kaizen activities

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience
• Able to handle customer complaint and resolve quality issue
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking
