Recruitment Intern (HR) (3 months)

We are looking for enthusiastic, energetic individuals who enjoy interacting with people and like working in a fast-paced environment to join us as an Intern

Job Scope

  • Screen through resumes to shortlist and headhunt candidates.
  • Search for potential candidates, speak with them and find out about their interests.
  • Build a relationship with candidates by engaging and screening them to understand their career aspirations
  • Find student talents from campuses, institutions, databases and other various grounds.
  • Assist to profile candidates to clients
  • Coordinate and arrange interviews with candidates to assess their suitability

Requirements

  • Minimum GCE ‘A’ Levels or Diploma holder
  • Enjoy meeting and interacting with people
  • Self motivated, positive
  • Meticulous and organized
  • Strong team player
  • Possess strong spoken and written communications skills
