Job Purpose:
The successful candidate will assist in the execution of marketing strategies across all communication platforms. He / She should be competent in their time management and attention to detail.


Responsibilities:

  • Execute Harry’s marketing strategies to drive consumer confidence, engagement and growth through local store marketing, promotions, in-store events and partnerships.
  • Assist in copywriting and work with graphic designer for production of marketing collaterals and digital assets.
  • Schedule and publish marketing promotions, events and sports screening on print collaterals, website, app, eDM and all other forms of communication channels in accordance with the brand.
  • Manage, analyse and monitor all social media accounts and track ROI of marketing campaigns.
  • Execute and track digital ads and optimise keywords within the given budget.
  • Coordinate and plan photoshoots and filming for content use.
  • Liaise with both internal and external stakeholders to communicate and launch marketing campaigns, local store promotions, menu updates and events.
  • Coordinate closely with operations team (Front-of-house and Back-of-house) to facilitate all events, reservations and outdoor catering.
  • Handle sales and marketing enquires and leads via phone calls, e-mails, and any other method of communication.
  • Prepare and submit sales proposals, contracts and banquet event orders.
  • Prepare management reports on performance of all marketing initiatives and promotions.
  • Keep abreast of competitors activities and market trends
  • Perform administrative duties such as source for quotations, memorandums, drafting of agreements, weekly reports and managing inventory of marketing assets.

Requirements:

  • 1 - 2 years of relevant marketing experience within the F&B sector
  • Diploma or Degree in marketing, communications or equivalent
  • Experience in managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
  • Knowledge of website analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong project management skills with great attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
  • Strong passion for F&B industry
