Senior Lead - Brand (Customer Experience & Marketing)

The responsibilities for this role include:

Brand Development 

  • Working closely with Brand SG’s key government agency partners STB and MCI to advance shared agenda and work plan
  • Driving adoption of Brand SG amongst other relevant government agencies
  • Brokering win-win Brand SG partnerships with private sector companies 
  • Developing a suite of Brand SG assets and toolkits including visual assets, multimedia assets, story bank, templates, merchandise

Brand Campaign

  • Managing EDB’s appointed marketing agencies (e.g. creative, media, production and digital agencies) and collaborating with other functional teams within EDB (e.g. digital, public affairs, content) to deliver global/in-market brand campaigns across multiple channels

Brand Guardianship

  • Fostering brand governance for both Brand SG and the EDB brand 
  • Providing brand counsel to internal EDB stakeholders, including the application of Brand SG

Stakeholder Management & Reporting

  • Communicating clearly and effectively with EDB’s senior management, partners and other key stakeholders on developments in Brand SG
  • Tracking of KPIs, ROI and budget

The annual deliverables for this role are:

  • Assistance in shaping EDB’s Brand strategy 
  • Implementation of the brand work plan 
  • Assessment of campaign or marketing channel effectiveness 
  • Management of relationships with agencies, key partners and stakeholders

Qualified Senior Lead level candidates will have added mentoring responsibilities within the team.

The successful candidate should have/be:

  • A degree in relevant disciplines including, but not limited to Mass Communications/Marketing/New Media/Humanities
  • 3 – 6 years of experience in a marketing agency role or a corporate/government-side marketing communications/corporate communications role
  • A demonstrated ability to apply digital marketing best practices to amplify the brand
  • Execution excellence with a focused eye on managing timelines
  • Integrated thinking across channels and stakeholders
  • A keen ability in fostering strong partnerships with stakeholders for success
  • Singaporean
