Work closely with all stakeholders to meet budgeted revenue targets.
Understand the IFM market and work with the team to develop strategies to align with the market transformation and disruption.
Be accountable for bids related management, either on an individual basis or supporting the team, depending on the nature of the bid, such as:
Attend site show round
Prepare tender briefing note to conceptualize the strategy and business proposal
Liaise with Contracts Department on the NDA, legal memo, ethics checks, compliance and if qualifications are required
Prepare & submit bids / proposals, ensuring that the quantitative and qualitative aspects are in order and professionally presented.
Prepare quality write-ups, incorporating innovative solutions (digitalisation, renewable energy, energy efficiency solutions) into our service offerings and bids
Prepare approvals based on corresponding threshold values for Management Team (eg. drafting of Investment Notes, ensuring the figures in the internal costing sheet are correct, simulating various pricing scenarios & price sensitivities, addressing any questions from our SEA & APAC team)
Explore viable business opportunities within the facilities management industry,
Network and be equipped with the knowledge on the competitors’ services and market share
Develop, maintain knowledge and intelligence of market trends and competitor landscape.
Support new business initiatives and the Group’s strategy.
Any other duties / works assigned by Management when required.
Minimum Diploma / Degree in relevant Engineering / Facilities Management or related qualifications.
Minimum 2 years of IFM experience preferably with doing IFM bid for Bid Executive role and minimum 5 years of IFM bid experience for Senior Bid Executive role.
Proactive with ability to work and deliver under tight deadlines
Familiar with the various bid portals, such as Gebiz, Sesami, Ariba, Zycus, Oracle etc.
Ability to work independently and possess good communication skills with cross-functional teams at all levels, effectively.
Ability to bundle various solutions under the Group for our clientele base
Possess good analytical, business acumen and problem-solving skills
Proactive, immaculate and possesses good writing and presentation skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat.
Flair in communication and written abilities
Has a good safety mindset and displays good WSH behaviour
